Ingredients
1 ripe banana (sliced)
1 tablespoon Persian blue salt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup soaked almonds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup warm milk (dairy or plant-based)
Instructions
1. Peel and slice the banana.
2. Soak the almonds for at least 2 hours (or use pre-soaked).
3. In a blender, combine banana, almonds, cinnamon, blue salt, and honey.
4. Add warm milk and blend until smooth.
5. Serve warm in a glass or mug, ideally 30 minutes before bedtime.
Notes
You can swap dairy milk with oat or almond milk for a vegan version.
Do not exceed 1 tablespoon of blue salt per serving.
For texture, top with extra almond slivers or a cinnamon stick.
