(Optional) 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
(Optional) 1/2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Heat water until warm, not boiling.
2. Add Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. (Optional) Add lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar.
4. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Use fine-grain Himalayan pink salt only.
Do not exceed once per day usage.
Avoid drinking right before bed.
