Instructions
- Warm 1 cup (8–10 oz) of filtered water until comfortably warm (not boiling).
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
- Squeeze the juice from half a fresh lemon into the water.
- Stir well until the salt fully dissolves.
- Avoid using metal spoons—use wood or glass.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach within 30 minutes of waking up.
Notes
Start with a smaller dose of salt if you’re new to it. This drink is ideal for morning hydration and supports intermittent fasting without breaking the fast.
