Ingredients
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
¼–½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
Juice from ½ lemon or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: 1 tsp honey, pinch of cinnamon, or fresh mint
Instructions
1. Warm the water until it’s just hot enough to sip comfortably.
2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Squeeze in the lemon juice or add apple cider vinegar.
4. If desired, add a natural sweetener or herbs.
5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
Notes
Always use pink Himalayan salt—not table salt—for full mineral benefits.
Start with ¼ tsp salt if you’re new to it, and never exceed ½ tsp per day.
