Ingredients
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup warm filtered water
Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
Optional: butterfly pea tea for iced version
Instructions
1. Warm the water (not boiling).
2. Add pink Himalayan salt and stir to dissolve.
3. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
4. Optional: Add ACV, chia, or tea if using.
5. Stir well using a wooden or glass spoon.
6. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Start with 1/4 tsp salt if new.
Use daily or 3–5x per week for best results.
Best consumed before your first meal.
