Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1 cup warm water
Instructions
1. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a glass.
2. Grate the fresh ginger and stir it in.
3. Add the honey (if using) and mix well.
4. Pour warm water into the glass and stir until combined.
5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
You can swap lemon for lime for a tropical twist.
Use cinnamon instead of honey if avoiding sugar.
Serve over ice for a refreshing version in warm weather.
