Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until warm but not boiling.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of raw honey and stir until dissolved.
  4. Grate ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger and mix well.
  5. Drink warm, ideally 30 minutes before a meal.

Notes

Consume once or twice daily, ideally before meals. Store no longer than 12 hours for best effects. Optional additions include pink salt or cucumber slices.
