Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey
- ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water until warm but not boiling.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Add 1 teaspoon of raw honey and stir until dissolved.
- Grate ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger and mix well.
- Drink warm, ideally 30 minutes before a meal.
Notes
Consume once or twice daily, ideally before meals. Store no longer than 12 hours for best effects. Optional additions include pink salt or cucumber slices.
