1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade recommended)
2 oz cold water
¾ cup milk of choice (oat, almond, coconut, or dairy)
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove clumps.
2. Add cold water and whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk or frother until frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour the milk into the glass over the ice.
5. Pour the whisked matcha over the milk.
6. Stir gently, then sweeten to taste with maple syrup or honey.
Notes
Use ceremonial-grade matcha for best flavor.
You can substitute honey with agave, stevia, or vanilla syrup.
