Ingredients
1 glass ice-cold water (8 oz)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Fill a glass with 8 oz of ice-cold water.
2. Add the fresh lemon juice to the glass.
3. Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
4. Add cinnamon and honey if desired.
5. Mix well and drink immediately before meals or in the morning.
Notes
You can adjust sweetness by omitting the honey if preferred.
