Ingredients
120g grilled salmon filet
1 cup steamed green beans
1/2 cup mashed cauliflower
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) to taste
Instructions
1. Grill the salmon until golden on each side (about 5–6 minutes per side).
2. Steam green beans until tender but still bright green.
3. Mash the cauliflower with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
4. Assemble the salmon, cauliflower, and green beans in a bowl.
5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with herbs before serving.
Notes
Use air fryer for the salmon if you prefer a crispy finish.
You can replace green beans with asparagus or zucchini.
Cauliflower can be flavored with garlic or nutritional yeast.
