Ingredients
1 cup warm water
½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
2–3 dried butterfly pea flowers (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water until comfortably warm—not hot.
2. Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Stir in lemon juice and grated ginger.
4. Add apple cider vinegar if using.
5. Optionally, add honey for a hint of sweetness.
6. Drop in butterfly pea flowers and let steep for 3–5 minutes.
7. Strain, stir again, and drink immediately on an empty stomach.
Notes
Best consumed in the morning before breakfast for maximum fat-burning effect.
