- (Optional) 1 teaspoon raw honey
- (Optional) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Warm 1 cup of water until cozy but not boiling.
- Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Grate in 1/2 teaspoon of ginger.
- (Optional) Add 1 teaspoon of raw honey or 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well, sip slowly, and enjoy on an empty stomach for best results.
Notes
Drink first thing in the morning for optimal detox benefits. You can adjust the ginger or add butterfly pea flowers for a calming evening version.
