Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a glass.
2. Stir well until cinnamon dissolves.
3. Drink slowly on an empty stomach or 30 min before meals.
4. Repeat daily for best results.
Notes
Start with a small amount of vinegar if you have a sensitive stomach.
You can swap lemon with lime, or add ginger for extra benefits.
Best consumed fresh. Avoid adding sugar or sweeteners if doing keto.
