Instructions
- In a cup, steep 1 teaspoon of dried butterfly pea flowers in hot (not boiling) water for 5–7 minutes until it turns a rich blue color.
- In a separate mug, steep the green tea with fresh grated ginger for about 3–4 minutes.
- Strain both infusions and combine into one glass or pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice to trigger the magical color change from blue to purple.
- Sweeten with raw honey or stevia to taste.
- Serve over ice if desired, and garnish with fresh mint and lime slices.
