Ingredients

- 1–2 tablespoons raw, organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 cup warm water (not hot)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or a few drops of stevia
- Optional: pinch of cayenne or turmeric
Instructions
- Warm your water to lukewarm (around body temperature).
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add your spices and sweetener.
- Mix well and sip slowly, ideally on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use a straw to protect tooth enamel, and rinse your mouth after drinking. Avoid drinking it undiluted. Can be enjoyed 3–4 times per week or daily based on preference.
