  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even 1/2-inch thickness.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  4. Coat the chicken in flour, dip into the eggs, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the breaded chicken in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
