1.5 cups cold or room-temperature filtered water
Optional: cucumber slices, chia seeds, cayenne, turmeric, or coconut water
Instructions
1. Add pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, mint, and water into a blender.
2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
3. Pour over ice or serve as-is.
4. Optional: strain before serving if you prefer a smoother texture.
5. Drink first thing in the morning, ideally on an empty stomach.
